Salsa in the Streets is a celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month through various forms of salsa dancing, food, and fun!

Unity Week

Unity Week as an opportunity to share differing views, perspectives and cultures. This also serves as a time to engage students, faculty, and staff about the value and vitality represented at the University and globally. This week will consist of entertainment, speakers, and dialogues that will foster an atmosphere of learning about the contributions of others and celebrate the dynamics of diversity.

International Student Insight Day

The International Student Insight Day consists of various orientation programs designed to help new international students (including freshmen, transfer students, and graduate students) have a smooth transition from their countries or previous locations to student life at Mississippi State University. Students will learn about services of various departments and the policy and procedures of Mississippi State University.  In addition, students will be able to build friendships through various interactive activities throughout the day.
