Shades of Starkville

Shades of Starkville is a local business marketing fair in conjunction with the fall student organization fair held during MSU Involvement Ambassadors Involvement Week. This year's event will be held on September 6th from 10 a.m.-2p.m. on the university’s historic Drill Field. During this event, booths will be set up where students can meet with representatives of local businesses and learn how to get involved with student organizations on campus. Samples, brochures and other promotional items will be available.

VENDORS: Registration will be open soon! Businesses can reserve space for up to two tables with each space measuring 12 feet by 12 feet (the size of an average tailgate tent). The registration fee for this year is $35 for one table and $55 for two tables. Tables will be provided based on what you request on the registration form. Completed registration form, as well as payment, must be received by Wednesday, August 16th, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. After August 16th, the fee structure will increase to reflect $50 for one table and $70 for two tables. Registration will close on August 23rd at 11:59 p.m. and we will no longer be able to accept table reservations after that deadline. The rain date and location will be Wednesday, September 13th, 2023, on the Drill Field. More information regarding the day of event will be distributed once registration has closed.
